Affinity Cash Sweep Account
The Affinity Cash Sweep Account is a proprietary product that allows you to invest your excess funds overnight into an interest bearing money market fund that you open with our partner, Stable Custody Group. Stable Custody Group invests all of these funds at Affinity Bank so you have the benefit of FDIC insurance up to $250,000 and the comfort of knowing that your funds never leave Affinity Bank. The interest rate and fees on this product are very competitive. Typically, businesses that benefit from this product are businesses that maintain cash balances of $100,000 or more in their business checking account and/or businesses that have significant unused account analysis credits.
Zero Balance Sweep Account
The Zero Balance Sweep Account is a product that allows a business to consolidate its cash into a concentration account, whether it be an account that consolidates cash for several affiliated companies or an account that consolidates cash for several accounts in one company. This allows a business owner to have a clearer picture of the daily cash position for the company and also have the comfort of knowing that checks drawn on the individual company accounts will be covered through the concentration account eliminating the need to project cash needs across several operating accounts. Another benefit of this arrangement is that earnings credits are maximized to cover fees from all operating accounts on a consolidated basis.
